Online FASTag balance check is a straightforward process. To do so -
· Login to Metra TrustFASTag Customer Portal/App using registered Mobile number-OTP/FASTag User ID-Password.
· Click on the Tag Account Number to check your Tag Account balance

You receive an SMS alert every time you pay electronically at toll plazas through FASTag and every time you recharge your FASTag. The SMS contains the transaction details and the available balance.
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a missed call alert facility that enables you to check your FASTag balance. All you need to do is give a missed call from your registered mobile number to 8884333331, and you will receive a notification on the latest FASTag balance.
To view FASTag balance through Customer Care helpline, call a toll-free number:1800 266 9970. The mobile number should be registered with the prepaid wallet.
Select biller as FASTag and enter vehicle number to know your balance and recharge.
If you find insufficient balance, it’s crucial to recharge immediately. You can do so through Credit Card, net banking or via the united payments interface (UPI). You can also give standing instructions to recharge if the balance goes down a certain limit. With this auto-replenishing feature, you don’t need to worry about running low on balance.
Monthly E-Statements: Subscribe to monthly e-statements to keep track of your FASTag transactions and balances.
App Notifications: Enable notifications in the Metra Trust app to receive real-time updates on your balance and transactions.
Regular Monitoring: Regularly monitor your FASTag balance to avoid penalties and ensure smooth travel through toll plazas.
For FASTag balance check with your vehicle number -
· Download My FASTag app from Google Playstore
· Login using your credentials and select payments option
· Select recharge your NHAI prepaid wallet option
· Input your registered mobile number and click on proceed
· You will receive a one-time password (OTP). Enter it and tap on submit
· Now enter your vehicle number and tap on submit
· You can check the available balance under available tab/wallet balance
