Automated Teller Machines are well known and commonly referred to as ATMs. The primary objective of ATMs is to facilitate cash withdrawal requirements of customers. ATMs operate in interoperable environments, which means any bank customer can use any Bank’s ATM for their cash requirements.

Over a period of time, the usage of ATM has increased considering that the use case has gone beyond cash withdrawals. Now ATMs are used for host of non-financial services like balance enquiry, mini-statements, pin change and new age value added services like bill payments, fund transfer, cheque book request, cheque status and stop cheque. With more focus on self-serve, ATMs are now also equipped to accept cash deposits and recycle same for dispensation to next customer. Such ATMs are called Cash Recycler ATMs as they have ability to dispense cash and accept cash for deposit.

Your Metra Trust ATM complies with all regulatory guidelines to make the ATM safe & secured for carrying out transactions.
Your Metra Trust ATMs are equipped with 24*7 e-surveillance and any untoward activity gets notices on real time basis and with Quick Response Team (QRT), Bank ensures support reaches on immediate basis.
All critical information like type of ATM (Metro/non-metro) and ATM ID are displayed clearly for customer ease.
ATM Transaction limits are governed by the product under which a customer is on-boarded:
- Metra Trust Customer: The daily transaction limit is governed by the customer account type. Such limits are shared with customer in the welcome letter received along with the card.
- Non-Metra Trust Customer: There is a per-transaction capping at Rs. 10,000 as per NPCI guidelines. Customers can make multiple transactions as per daily limits assigned by their issuing Bank.
Transaction Charges: Metra Trust ATM can be accessed by Metra Trust and non-Metra Trust customers. Customers are charged as per their card issuing bank’s Schedule of Charges (SOC).
