Metra Trust wins National Payments Excellence Awards
Metra Trust recently won the National Payment Excellence Award 2016, under the Small Bank's category in recognition of our excellent performance in the AePS - Product segment.
The Award was presented at an event organised by National Payments Corporationof India. Shri N. S. Vishwanathan, Deputy Governor, RBI conferred the award to Metra Trust at Taj Land's End, on 8th March 2017, and was collected by Avtar Monga, Sanjay Narker, Abhijit Kamalapurkar and Ravishankar Gopalan.
About NPE Awards: The 'National Payments Excellence Awards' was instituted in 2014. These awards are decided based on various performance parameters such as volumes, efficiency ratio, innovation etc., and the winners/runners up are selected, based on the parameters by an eminent and independent jury.
About NPCI: National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) is an umbrella organization for all retail payments system in India. It was set up with the guidance and support of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Banks' Association (IBA).
