We are proud to have won the TISS Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Award in 2 categories.

1. Best Virtual Learning Program: Metra Trust won the Gold in this category.
This award focusses on the virtual content developed, how closely the content meets the business requirements, design principles behind development of the content, and how different elements come together to form a holistic offering for the employees.

2. Best Simulations Based Learning Program: Metra Trust won the Silver in this category.
This category looks at use of various simulations to effectively deliver training programs, both classroom based, and online. The winning criteria include relevance of the simulation, effectiveness, and how the simulation helps in enhancing the learning outcomes.
