  • Bank needs 15 working days to make changes in the records, from the day DND request is successfully processed
  • This registration is only for Metra Trust Ltd. and not for DSAs or any financial marketing platforms
  • You will receive an SMS from us confirming registration of DND services
  • Office/Corporate Board numbers will not be registered for DND
  • This registration does not stop unsolicited commercial calls from Metra TrustGroup companies
  • In case you continue to receive promotional calls or E-mail after 15 working days from the date of DND registration, Please write to us at banker@metratrust.com, with the product name and contact number or E-mail ID from which you have been contacted
