  • The Arogya Supreme Health Insurance Policy can be bought by any permanent Indian resident aged between 18 to 65 years with lifetime renewal. Children can be included on floater basis from the age of 3 months

Exclusions

  • Initial waiting period: 30 days for all illnesses (not applicable on renewal or for accidents)
  • 90 days for specified disease and procedure
  • Specified surgeries/treatments/diseases are covered after specific waiting period of 2 Years
  • Pre-existing diseases: Covered after 4 Years
  • Covid-19 covered after 15 days
  • Investigation and Evaluation
  • Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery
  • Hazardous or Adventure Sports
  • Maternity expenses
  • Treatment taken outside India
  • Outpatient treatment
  • Stay in a hospital without undertaking any active regular treatment by the medical practitioner
  • Experimental and unproven treatment.
