• Compulsory Excess
• War and War group of perils
• Nuclear group of perils
• Wear and Tear/Natural Decay
• Bullion or unset precious stones, manuscripts
• Loss of earning, market or consequential loss
• Electrical  and Mechanical Breakdown
• Pollution and Contamination
• Kutcha” construction is not covered
• Loss of jewelry, gold ornaments, precious stones & silver due to burglary
• Damage to any property illegally acquired, kept, stored , or property subject to forfeiture
• Loss of money which cannot be verified or accounted for through proper records on shortage
• Cases where the loss is not supported by an immediate notice to  the Police authorities and to the Company, (along with a copy of the First Information Report (FIR)
• Loss of money where any employee of the Insured's, or of a member of the Insured's family, is involved as principal or accessory in the burglary and/or attempted burglary
• Any damage to Plate Glass occurring while the premises is under construction or vacant for a continuous period of 15 days
• The transmission of any communicable disease or virus under Employers Liability
• Financial loss such as loss of goodwill, loss of market share etc.
• The fusing or burning out of any bulbs or tube lights arising out from short circuiting or arcing or any other mechanical or electrical breakdown or failure in Neon/Glow Sign
• Under All Risk Wear and Tear, Theft, Machinery breakdown, Mysterious losses and Mobile Phones are excluded
• Under EEI, Aesthetic defects, pre existing faults or defects at the time of commencement of the insurance and Scratches on painted polished or enameled surfaces are excluded.
