BE WISE ABOUT SIZE: Registrants are urged to check the full size chart thoroughly to select the right tee size. Registrants will only receive the runner tee in the respective size selected by them. Requests for change in size will not be entertained at the pick-up locations.

Terms & Conditions

 

  1. You/Participant must read all details about the Metra Trust Runner Tee eligibility criteria on the Metra Trust website.
  2. Registration for the Metra Trust Runner Tee is free of cost. In case participants are requested by any person to pay a fee, the same must be brought to the notice of Metra Trust immediately.
  3. Registered Runners/Participants grant Metra Trust their consent, permission and a non-exclusive license to use, copy, reproduce, store, distribute, publish, export, adapt, edit and translate their personal data and to send communications (via mobile/email/WhatsApp, etc.), to the Registered Runners/you regarding any information, ongoing promotions and, offers about its products & services.
  4. Participant acknowledges and agrees that the personal data submitted by you/Participant on Metra Trust’s website for availing gratification shall, inter-alia, be governed Metra Trust’s Data Privacy & Protection Policy as available on https://www.metratrust.com/privacy-policy.
  5. If a Participant is found to have provided fraudulent information during registration, Metra Trust reserves the right to cancel the registration.
  6. A participant can register only one time for the Metra Trust Runner Tee and the registration has to be successfully completed within the prescribed dates
  7. Post receipt and review of the duly filled registration form, Participant will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp/SMS to inform them of further processes.
  8. Participants must collect their Metra Trust Runner Tee from the selected Metra Trust Branch on specified days. Details for the same will be shared in the confirmation message. Runners failing to collect the Metra Trust Runner Tee on specified days will not receive the tee on any later dates.
  9. Runner Tee will have to be picked up from specified/chosen pick up locations in Bengaluru and will not be couriered to any other address.
  10. Aadhaar card must be provided at the Bank Branch to verify the identity of the Participant during Tee Collection. This is non-transferable.
  11. Metra Trust reserves its absolute right to accept or reject the application/request for Metra Trust Runner Tee without any notice and liability.
  12. By registering on the Metra Trust website, Participants declare they have read and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions listed above.
  13. Metra Trust reserves its right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions, without any notice and liability, by updating this page and such revisions will be effective upon posting to this page.
  14. All disputes arising out of or in connection of these Terms and Conditions and registrations for the Metra Trust Runners Tee, shall be to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai.
     
    15. No Warranty: THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND YOU USE THESE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
