    • To qualify for the credit card, applicants must hold an Metra Trust NRE savings account .
    • To clear the outstanding balance on the FIRST WOW! Credit Card, you must set up an automatic debit instruction from your NRE savings account. To set up an auto-debit instruction, log in to your account, navigate to the card section, and select the option to automatically pay credit card bills.
    • The FIRST WOW! Credit Card is not available to NRIs with only NRO savings accounts. To apply, they must open a new NRE Savings Account. The bank will then approve their eligibility for the FIRST WOW! Credit Card. Once the offer is generated, customers can apply for the credit card online. Payments in foreign currencies are converted to INR on the date of transaction and settled by Metra Trust. Foreign currencies spent other than USD will be first converted to USD and then to INR.

2.    Go to the Cards section.

3.    Scroll to the Auto-pay credit card bills option.

4.      Click on Manage

Toggle on autopay, select your Metra Trust NRE Account, select “Total amount due” - and then confirm the changes

What is the maximum and minimum credit limit for NRIs?

The credit limit of the FIRST WOW! Credit Card for NRI depends on the amount you secure in your fixed deposit. The FIRST WOW! Credit Card from Metra Trust offers a credit limit equal to 100% of your FD value.

- Minimum FD value/Credit limit is 25,000.

- Maximum FD value/Credit limit is 10,00,000

How to unblock my credit card which has been blocked due to payment from sources other than my NRE Account?

If your FIRST WOW! Credit Card has been blocked because of payment from source other than Metra Trust NRE Account, you need to follow these steps to unblock the card:

1. If the customer has made a payment via a valid NRE account, he/she can contact his/her Relationship Manager, or submit a proof of account type within 30 days to nriservices@metratrust.com from his/her registered email address.

2. Submit a self-declaration form to nriservices@metratrust.com and share the details of your bank account through which payment was made on your Metra Trust WOW! Credit Card. Please download “self-declaration form” from here.

3. Attach the Account statement/ Passbook of the bank account through which payment was initiated on your Metra Trust WOW! Credit Card. The attached account statement should clearly mention the “Account Type-NRE”.

The credit card will be unblocked post requisite verifications.
