Solution: If your card is blocked because it has reached its expiry date, you can expect to receive a new card from the bank soon. It is usually an automatic process, and you need not make any requests. But if you do not receive the new card, you may contact the bank and ask for an update. Alternatively, you could proactively ask the bank when your card is nearing expiry to ensure you are not left with no Debit Card for some days.
If your Metra Trust Debit Card has been blocked, there are several ways to unblock it and regain access to your account:
1. Customer Care: Contact Metra Trust customer care through the mobile app or by phone if the card remains blocked after a day.
2. Mobile/Internet Banking: Log in to your Metra Trust mobile or internet banking portal, go to the cards control section, select the card, and unblock the desired transaction type.
3. Card Expiry: If the card is blocked due to expiry, a new card will be issued automatically. Contact the customer care if you do not receive the new card.
4. Fraudulent Transactions: In case of a block due to suspicious transactions, the bank may contact you. If the transactions are unrecognized, you may need to file a police report, and the bank will issue a new card.
