How can I get a refund of the FASTag amount if I surrender my FASTag?

You can cancel/close/deactivate your FASTag account by calling us on the toll free number available on our website: https://firstforward.metratrust.com/login. You can also submit a written application for closure along with a cancelled cheque and a copy of your Aadhaar card. The bank will transfer the security deposit and balance to the account details shared.

Can I get a monthly pass for FASTag?

Yes, a monthly pass for a toll plaza will be issued at that particular toll plaza or at the POS locations made available by the acquirer bank of the toll plaza. If you are a registered tag holder, you need to visit the toll plaza (or the Acquirer Bank's POS locations) and request for the particular pass scheme.

Is there any minimum top-up required for a FASTag card?

Yes, a minimum amount is necessary for every Tag, depending on its vehicle class or subscribed product. If the Tag balance is below the threshold, the tag will be marked as a "Low Balance Tag".
