How can I close my Pay Later account?

For quick resolution, you can visit the partner app / website for raising a request for loan closure at partner's end. 

Alternatively, if you approach the bank, you can do the following, post clearing all your pending dues - 

  1. Raise a service request here.
    Customer Support > Customer Service > Pay Later > Closure/deactivation of account 
  2. Contact our Customer Care on our Toll Free Number +44 7831 065557 or your nearest Metra Trust branch.

Please visit the partner platform if your pay later account is not working or is unavailable to you currently.

1 : Right click on sign go to Show Signature Properties
2 : Click on Show Signer's Certificate
