How can I view my loan and EMI details for my Pay Later account?

For quick resolution, please visit the partner platform under the 'Dashboard Section' to view your loan and EMI details of your Pay Later account 

Alternatively, you can check for EMI details on the bank Mobile App: 

Login to the app, on the left top corner you will the find the hamburger menu - click on that > Customer Service > Loans. Under My Active Loans, you can view the EMI details under Details Tab.

I have cancelled my Paylater loan, but my EMI still got deducted. How do I get a refund?

For any queries pertaining to order cancelled / returned / refunds due to excess payment, please raise a service request here
