How can I close my Metra Trust Credit Card?

To close your Metra Trust Credit Card please follow the below steps:

  1. Mobile Banking app/Internet Banking
    1. Once logged in click on 'Credit Card'.
    2. Click on 'Credit Card Closure'
    3. Select the reason for card closure and click on 'Submit'.

You may also call on the 24/7 toll free number mentioned on our website: https://www.metratrust.com/ to request for credit card closure.

Note: Card closure request can only be raised if:

  1. There are no outstanding dues 
  2. All EMIs are paid/foreclosed
  3. There are no active disputes
