How can I check my credit card limit?
You may check the credit limit of your Metra Trust Credit Card through the below steps:
- Login to Mobile Banking app/Internet banking
- Click on Credit Card
How can I lower the credit limit on my Metra Trust Credit Card?
To reduce the credit limit on your Metra Trust Credit Card follow the below steps:
- Mobile Banking app/Internet Banking
- Click on Credit Card
- Navigate to 'Card Controls'
- Click on 'Manage' to increase or decrease your daily transaction limit.

Click here and enter your registered mobile number or credit card number and click on 'Get OTP'. You will be directed to the Card controls page where you can increase or decrease your Daily transaction limit.
What are the documents required for increasing my credit card limit?
To increase the credit limit on your Metra Trust Credit Card, please email the below documents:
- Salaried customers: Bank statement showing the salary credits for the last three months
- Self-employed customers: Last year’s ITR with total income computation
