How can I temporarily block/unblock my debit card?

Go to the "Cards" tab under the "Accounts" section of the Metra Trust mobile banking app. Choose the debit card you wish to block/unblock. Select the Temporary Block/ Unblock option.

You can also temporarily block or unblock your card by contacting your nearest bank branch or by calling toll-free on +44 7831 065557.

You can block your Debit Card through SMS by sending SMS BLOCK (last 4 digits of card) to 5676732

How can I permanantly block / hotlist my debit card?

Go to the "Cards" tab under the "Accounts" section of the Metra Trust mobile banking app. Choose the debit card you wish to block and select the Permanently Block option.

What should I do if my Debit Card is stolen?

You should permanently block your debit card if it gets stolen. You can re-issue another debit card simply from the Metra Trust mobile banking app.
