Can I use my debit card at Merchant outlets?

Yes, your debit card is equipped to process offline transactions carried at merchant outlets. Please note you would need a PIN to carry out such transactions. 

Below are the ways to generate PIN: 

  1. Mobile app: Pin generation option is available under "Accounts" section of the Metra Trust Mobile banking app, click on the Cards tab and click on "Generate PIN" to set pin of your choice. 
  2. IVR: One can also generate pin by calling on bank’s toll free number-+44 7831 065557 through registered mobile number. After selecting your preferred language, select Bank Account details option (2) on IVR. Authenticate yourself by entering Date of Birth. Then select PIN generation option (1) and key-in the 4 digit PIN and re-enter the same for confirmation. 

In case you have forgotten the pin, please follow below to reset PIN:

  1. Mobile app: reset pin option is available under "Accounts" section of the Metra Trust Mobile banking app, click on the Cards tab, choose the debit card for which you would like to reset pin and click on Change PIN. Now, enter your new PIN. You will receive an SMS regarding the change of PIN.
  2. IVR: One can set a new reset pin by calling on bank’s toll free number-+44 7831 065557 through registered mobile number. After selecting your preferred language, select Bank Account details option (2) on IVR. Authenticate yourself by entering Date of Birth. Then select PIN generation option (1) and key-in the new 4 digit PIN and re-enter the same for confirmation.
How do I enable my Metra Trust debit card for international transactions?

The feature can be enabled using Metra Trust Mobile Banking app or net banking. You can navigate through "Accounts" section, select "Card" Tab and Select the debit card for which you wish to activate international usage. From here, you can enable international usage by using manage option.

How do I modify / change my ATM or purchase limits?

You can modify your limits through Bank mobile app. On mobile app, navigate through Accounts, click Cards, select the card for which you wish to modify limit and use manage option. You can also reach out to our branches and BOC for placing request for modify/change limit. Please note for Minor - under guardian accounts, the only option to modify/change limit is through Branch, BOC or IVR.
