Where can I check my loan status?
There are two ways to track status of your loan
- Website - Click on Customer Support > Loans > Personal loan > Popular. Locate and click on the Loan Application status tab. Select Personal loan in the dropdown and enter your Mobile Number. (https://www.metratrust.com/track-my-loan-application)
- Mobile Banking - Login to the app, click on the hamburger menu on the left top corner. Select Customer service > Loans > Track loan application. Enter your Loan Application Number to see the status of your loan.
How do I download my Loan account statement , loan repayment schedule?
- On the website - Click on Customer Support > Loans > Personal loan. Scroll down to Document Related/EMI Related section to see the below options:
- Repayment Schedule
- Statement of Loan Account
- Interest Certificate
Select the relevant option of your choice.
- Mobile Banking
- Login to Mobile Banking
- Click on Loans(located at the bottom)
- Under My Loans, click on the Loan for which you need the document
How can I change my personal details for my Loan account?
Step 1 - Visit the nearest Metra Trust Branch along with any one of these officially valid documents [OVD] - Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Job Card issued by NREGA, Letter issued by National Population, Register Aadhaar card/ E-Aadhaar
Step 2 - The bank representative will submit the request on your behalf and the details will be changed in 48 hours
What is the processing time for my personal loan?
The Bank takes approximately 3-4 working days from the date of completing the application. This is subject to submission of all documents as required by the Bank.
